About this project
Elysian San José by Pensaer is a residential development on Ruta 9, covering over 21,500 sq ft and designed to bring a fresh dynamic to the area.
At its heart, the project includes a central green park designed to foster a sense of community, offering residents a natural space for relaxing.
The client emphasized the importance of showcasing the concrete facade as a standout element and wanted the greenery to feel vibrant and natural. We included a few young people in the images to align with the target demographic’s lifestyle.
