Aurora is a residential project by Fundar, located on Av. Belgrano in Rosario, offering stunning views of the Paraná River.
Designed as a vertical community, it features 1 to 3 bedroom units with large terraces, green spaces, and top-tier amenities like an infinity pool, gym, coworking areas, and play zones.
Beyond housing, Aurora improves the urban landscape with a public pedestrian passage connecting Urquiza and Belgrano, enhancing walkability and community access. We created visuals that reflect its focus on modern living, nature integration, and its strong connection to Rosario’s riverfront.
