About this project
Angier Ave. 2801 is a development located in Durham, NC, and covering 96 acres near downtown.
The mixed-use master plan preserves over 60% of the site as natural habitat, aiming to create an urban community that prioritizes sustainability and connection to nature.
Showcasing the natural surroundings was key to our visualizations. The architecture is developed around a central lake and stream, and it was important to highlight the role of vegetation and natural elements in the project.
